Dutieso Administer, control, and coordinate the command military and civilian drug testing and training programs.o Manage and coordinate the substance abuse programs and urinalysis collection procedures of all civilian and military personnel.o Develop and coordinate training for the drug testing program to meet annual prevention requirements.o Provide new employee/Soldier orientations, supervisor classes, and community wide presentations to support Employee Assistance Program.o Serve as technical advisor to direct supervisor, commanders, and civilian supervisors.o Recommend changes in program procedures and directives for improvement and update to the program.o Oversee the operation and operate forensic alcohol breathalyzer detection equipmentRequirements Conditions of Employmento This position is subject to Drug Abuse Testing Program requirements.o Must gain and maintain Drug Test Coordinator certification within 9 months of assuming position and recertify every 3 years as a Drug Test Coordinator.o Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigationQualifications Who May Apply:

Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes assisting with the coordination of drug testing program; coordinate training for managers on drug testing and policies and how to assist with administering urinalysis tests; assisting with the operation of the forensic alcohol breathalyzer equipment; and preparing statistical reports on drug and alcohol testing programsThis definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07)OR Education:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as:
sociology, psychology, counseling, and social workOR Combination of Education and
Experience:
