Requirements:
FT Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing (RN) required.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
Timely completion of all required continuing education to maintain an active RN license, as well as all training/educational courses as required by each contracted hospital.
Maintains acquired knowledge and remains current in advancements in nephrology.
Six (6) months of Hemodialysis experience preferred.
Acute Hemodialysis experience preferred.
Successful completion of a training course in the theory and practice of hemodialysis required.
Current licensure in professional nursing from the Mississippi State Board of Nursing or compact RN license required.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) required.
ACLS preferred.
